Dato’ Seri Dr. Raymond Liew (DSRL) is a prominent serial entrepreneur and chartered accountant with an extensive background in corporate advisory, insolvency, mergers and acquisitions and tax planning. He holds a Professional Doctorate (DrS) from the UK and an MBA from Henley Management College, UK.
DSRL is the Founding President of McMillan Woods International, a network established in 2010 to provide a range of accounting and advisory services worldwide. DSRL has been a significant figure in the accounting community and his leadership and vision have been recognised through the establishment of the McMillan Woods Global Awards, which celebrate excellence and success in various industries worldwide. Mr. Jayapal Ramasamy
Deputy President
Jayapal Ramasamy (JR) is a well-respected professional with extensive experience in international tax, accounting, and finance. JR is also the Deputy President of McMillan Woods International, a global accounting and advisory network and has played a significant role in expanding its presence in Asia.
JR has held several notable positions throughout his career, including being the former CEO of Malvern International Plc and the finance director at AEC Education, which he successfully took public in London. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, and CPA Australia, highlighting his strong credentials in the accounting field.
Additionally, JR has contributed to various boards and advisory roles, such as being the Chairman of Hallmark Capital Pte Ltd and a member of the Board of Governors at St. John International School in Malaysia.
Lutfi Talib
Lutfi Talib is a Deputy Managing Partner of McMillan Woods of United Kingdom.
Lutfi was the Chairman of Maxim Corporate Finance LLP. He is a financial services entrepreneur. He began his 30-year career in accounting with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young). Through the course of successive appointments with UK firms, Lutfi specialised in financial services. Joining Leigh Carr in 1995 as a Financial Services Partner, he provided business consultancy services to investment houses and property companies. He formulated pension scheme and corporate structures for overseas companies. In 2001 he joined Shaw Walker as an Audit Partner.
Lutfi has negotiated, executed and managed investments and projects in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Europe, and added value to portfolio investments through strategic, organisational, operational and financial leadership.
Lutfi Talib is currently President of the Singapore Business Group and has hosted a number of events in London and has had in attendance a number of distinguished guests and speakers. FSA Register LXT01071
Lutfi has an MBA from Middlesex University and a degree in International Business and Management of Companies from Pace University. Lutfi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants [FCCA], a Certified Public Accountant [CPA] in Singapore and Australia, a Member of Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management [MCIM].. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA).

Mehrtash A’zami is Partner in charge of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets in the United Kingdom.
Mehrtash has held senior executive and partner roles in corporate finance with big 4 firms and small companies. Mehrtash has also held many financial director and CEO positions in his long career.
Mehrtash has a particular interest in technology based and knowledge capital enterprises, and has sound knowledge of the management challenges faced by such enterprises.
Mehrtash brings a wealth of expertise in Corporate finance and management consulting, Business valuation and investment appraisal, Capital markets commercial due diligence, Forensic accounting, a strategic planning, Management Buy-out (MBO), Arbitration work and financial auditing of large and small corporations.
