Mr. EC Sebastian, the President of EC Sebastian & Co., is the senior most partner of the firm and has vast experience in audit, assurance, taxation and an advisory service in India, Afghanistan and other countries of the world.

Mr. EC Sebastian has completed his CA in 1983. Having multi sector experience, he has initiated an audit firm in Afghanistan since 2014 and worked in different national and international organization of different sectors. He has been a visiting professor at National Institute of Management and Administration Afghanistan for Seven years.

Mr. Hameed Ullah Stanikzai, the Vice President of EC Sebastian & Co., is an Associate Certified Chartered Accountants, Partner and Managing Director of EC Sebastian & Co. in Afghanistan with many years of experience at National and international level in both local and Multi National Organization.

Mr. Hameed Ullah Stanikzai has diversified experience i.e. assurance, taxation, bookkeeping, capacity building, audit and advisory services in Afghanistan in different national and international audit firms. His achievements in the audit firms are remarkable and accredited with different appreciation letters.
